Transparency and Integrity in all association records and finance books. Individual membership records on Web and online. At Rajyotsava day, minutes of the monthly meetings, Annual Body meetings and Finance statement will be circulated, tabled and discussed.
Elections will be conducted on the Rajyotsava day wherein the attendance will be highest. The terms of office of management committees will be Rajyotsava to Rajyotsava. The election process starts around October 15th with appointing a community elder and respected figures from community as Election Officers. All candidates will get equal access to Voter’s list and social media to put fort their ideas. We want 100% members to attend and vote hence Rajyotsava days are our Election Days.

The platform shall have robust Governance Framework that encourages inclusiveness, sharing of ideas respectfully, and transparency in all activities founded on Democratic rules both in letter and spirit.
Undertake and participate in activities that promote and spread Kannada language, culture and values. Celebrate special occasions.
Promote and facilitate growth of common-welfare, well-being activities such as Active health, skill enhancement campaigns.
Facilitate networking for students, youngsters and newcomers to integrate and settle in South Australia.
Connect Community members with all professionals and businesses. While businesses can showcase and publicize products and services, Communities get enhanced market information as well know job opportunities.
Become effective medium between the community and Government agencies and other socio-cultural organizations (including interstate and overseas) on issues of common interest for the benefit of the community
